The Refugee Communities Association of Australia (RCAA) is an independent, refugee- led organisation established in 2019.
 
Guided by the principle For Refugees, With Refugees, By Refugees, RCAA represents the authentic voice of grassroots refugee communities across Australia. Our leadership spans state and territory chapters, ensuring that local needs are addressed within a coordinated national framework putting refugee’ s voice first.

Since 2019 RCAA has plugged the gap between need and settlement services, provided a link between government and diverse multicultural communities including those with lived experience and helped build their capacity. Now we are showcasing these communities at our second conference in Adelaide in March 2026.
